In today's 'Am I The A$$hole?' post, OP shared how her nanny has been slacking off on the job recently. Even though OP and her husband gave her many warnings, she kept messing up. One day, she took a sick day when OP really needed her to be with the kids. OP ended seeing her out in public with her friends, which was a clear indication that she wasn't actually sick. OP took her aside and fired her immediately, but the nanny's friends figured out what was going on based on her distraught reaction and approached OP and yelled at her for being a Karen.
